Our double-sided adhesive insert is the most versatile insert we offer. This lightly padded insert can be trimmed to fit most garments. Ideal for a natural, discreet enhancement.

Unlike an adhesive bra that is held up by glue, Aélia® inserts are held up by the garment; they cannot stay up on their own. Therefore, it is essential to wear them with tight, structured, and fitted tops.

For an ideal fit, we recommend choosing your usual size. Only choose a larger size if you are between two sizes.

Preparation is key! Before using the Aélia inserts, make sure your skin is clean and completely dry. Avoid applying makeup, oils, lotions, or other body products, as they can affect the adhesive's ability to stick properly.

First, put on the garment you're going to wear. Then, place the inserts inside the clothing without sticking them directly to your skin initially. Finally, adjust your bust to the desired position and secure the insert along with the garment against your chest to ensure a firm fit.

What makes Aélia inserts different?

Unlike traditional inserts, Aélia inserts have adhesive on both sides, meaning they stick to both clothing and skin for extra security. This helps prevent nipple show-through in low-cut necklines and allows them to remain discreetly hidden under clothing.

Aélia inserts do not require sewing to stay in place. They simply adhere to your skin and your garment. Plus, you can easily swap them between different tops and dresses.

How many times can I use the Aélia inserts?

Aélia inserts are designed to be reusable for up to 40 uses or more with proper care. To extend their lifespan, gently clean them after each use and immediately replace the protective films.
